Michelle Kirsch is a registered nurse with over ten years of experience in hospital nursing. She has several years of bedside nursing experience and extensive nursing leadership experience. Leadership responsibilities include ensuring safe clinical practices are maintained in acute care hospital settings, critical access hospital settings, and outpatient clinic settings. Michelle has managed utilization review, care throughput and care management operations. She is trained in infection prevention and emergency preparedness. Michelle is a DNV-accredited internal auditor with experience with hospital credentialing, compliance, quality assurance and process improvement.
