Retirement
Plans
Granite County Medical Center offers retirement benefits through the Montana Public Employee Retirement Administration (MPERA), with a 9.17% employer contribution and 7.9% employee contribution.
PTO and Extended
Sick Leave
Our flexible PTO plan combines vacation, holidays and sick leave, allowing you to use time off as needed. For extended absences, our Extended Sick Bank (ESB) starts accruing on day one.

Insurance
Employees working 30+ hours per week qualify for health insurance through PacificSource, with both high- and low-deductible plans at no cost. We also offer an HSA, life insurance and optional dental and vision coverage.
Loan Repayment Assistance
